Experience of Care: Leveraging Actionable and Accessible Data

Wednesday, September 17
10:00 AM - 11:00 AM (PT)

It quickly became clear that the Triple Aim, the guiding framework for improving the health care delivery system, could be strengthened by adding new priorities that reflect the needs of all stakeholders, including providers. The modern Quintuple Aim builds on this by emphasizing provider experience along with patient experience. It recognizes that high-quality, cost-effective care depends on health professionals who are motivated to make the effort and feel rewarded by the results.

Market dynamics such as competition, regulatory shifts and technological advancement are reshaping how tools that capture experience feedback are used. These tools now face higher expectations to produce actionable insights that lead to real improvement.

This session will explore how dentistry can use data more effectively to enhance the experience of care. Speakers will examine the growing demand for meaningful experience data, introduce emerging solutions that support data collection and analysis, and share practical examples of how information is being used to validate and improve outcomes for both patients and providers.
