Liliana Martinez, MBA, is a seasoned professional in the dental industry, currently serving as the director of payer contracting and credentialing at Smile Brands Inc. Since joining the company in 2018, Liliana has been instrumental in overseeing the daily operations of the provider credentialing and fee administration teams, providing support to over 600 facilities across 30 states. Liliana's dedication to excellence is evident through her involvement with the National Association of Dental Plans (NADP), where she has contributed to several workgroups. Additionally, she is a procedural quality assurance consultant through the California Association of Dental Plans (CADP). With an impressive career spanning over 25 years, Liliana has played a pivotal role in establishing streamlined and efficient credentialing processes for thousands of healthcare providers nationwide. Her unwavering vision is centered around creating unified, patient-centric partnerships that drive positive outcomes for patients, providers, and payers, a passion that fuels her daily work. Liliana's academic accomplishments include a master’s degree in business administration from the University of Phoenix, which, combined with her extensive hands-on experience, empowers her with the expertise to navigate the complexities of the healthcare industry. Deb Ramsay is the second vice president of provider operations at Ameritas. She is part of the core administration processing solution leadership team for system modernization and future business state. Leadership of the nationwide PPO dental network focusing on management and innovation. This includes PPO dental network strategies, operations, network leasing, data management, reporting, and network systems. In conjunction with the above, she is an executive and functional sponsor for division and enterprise projects and oversees the execution and delivery of key initiatives. Deb has been in the dental industry for over 38 years as an orthodontic assistant, dental office management, and dental insurance. She began her career with Ameritas in 1990 and has spent most of her tenure in provider networks and operations. Deb Ramsay's commitment to service extends beyond her professional life. She is an active volunteer on the NADP Operations Workgroup, leveraging her expertise to contribute to the industry. Her association with NADP spans over eight years. Additionally, she has served on the Board for The Dream Factory, a non-profit organization, and volunteers at St. Teresa’s Parish and the Friendship Home in Nebraska, showcasing her dedication to community service.

Director of Dental Network Services
United Concordia Dental
As the director of dental network services, Dawn plays a pivotal role in United Concordia. In 2018, she spearheaded the creation and development of the first dedicated DSO team, a testament to her leadership and innovative thinking. Today, this team offers a concierge service to large groups, a significant achievement under her guidance. Dawn’s passion for dentistry began in 1990 and continues today with responsibilities that include growth and retention of the network, management of DSOs, leasing relationships, and horizontal/system thinking across the organization. She began her career as an individual contributor within the dental insurance field. She joined United Concordia in 2010 and has worked to become a director. She continues her passion within the National Association of Dental Plans (NADP), where she has volunteered in several committees focusing on operations and education. Dawn is an active member/volunteer within the Operations workgroup as well.
