Kyle Koltz

As chief operations officer of third-party administration at SKYGEN, Kyle Koltz is responsible for advancing operational excellence, the satisfaction of customers, providers, and members' bottom-line revenue growth of SKYGEN’s administrative business lines. With his broad experience in information technology, claims administration, and general management roles, his leadership is key to achieving SKYGEN’s commitment to transforming the way dental, vision and Medicaid benefits are delivered for increased efficiency at reduced costs for all Americans.

Kyle has a proven track record of success with the ability to transform organizational operations in the rapidly changing healthcare environment. Upon joining SKYGEN, he served as vice president of Administration and was responsible for the government dental, commercial dental, vision, and government medical TPA business lines. He is a critical thinker delivering operational excellence, developing market strategy, extending sales/distribution channels, and implements business initiatives focused on cost containment, improving profitability, and customer satisfaction. He successfully assesses challenges quickly, delivers on commitments, and develops strategic plans to meet quality measures while improving loss ratios and increasing revenues.

Before joining SKYGEN, Kyles served as director of medical products at Humana and led the HumanaOne health exchange business. Before that, he held positions of increasing responsibility at Assurant Health, where he served as vice president of customer, agent service experience, and director of IT.

Kyle earned his BBA at the University of Wisconsin – Whitewater.

Caitlin Walsdorf

Caitlin Walsdorf is a principal at HealthScape Advisors. She has extensive experience advising clients across the healthcare landscape as the co-lead of the Ancillary Practice and an active member of the Medicare Advantage Practice. Her consulting experience includes a broad spectrum of strategic and operational engagements, including new business capture, market entry and diversification, strategic growth, and performance improvement plans, specialty services procurement, operational construct design, and operational process improvement. Caitlin has supported several dental clients during her tenure on engagements across all lines of business and spanning front-, middle-, and back-office functions.

Before joining HealthScape, Caitlin led Government Programs business development at EyeMed Vision Care. During her tenure, she executed a strategic expansion initiative in Medicaid by implementing six new partners representing more than 1M members. To support Medicaid at scale, Caitlin led cross-functional teams to deploy system enhancements, improve platform capabilities, and refine operating procedures. Caitlin began her career at HealthScape Advisors after attending the University of Notre Dame.



Jeffrey Warner

Jeff is a technical, operational, and relationship management leader with over 20 years of experience in dental-managed care delivery domains.

He’s held key leadership roles in business operations, systems design, and analysis, application development, portfolio management, IT operations, infrastructure management, business intelligence/data warehouse management, and Information Technology senior leadership. This includes experience with multiple healthcare payer administration systems, practice management systems, constituent web interchange portals, data interchanges, revenue cycle, EDI/HIPAA transactions, commercial/employer-sponsored and government (Medicaid, Medicare, CHIP) programs, and state MMIS requirements.
