Policies:

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations will be accepted in writing before January 3, 2025, with a refund, less a $50 processing charge. From January 4 – February 7, 2025, a refund of 50% of all fees paid. Starting February 8, 2025, there will be no refunds. 

Substitution Policy: Substitutions for registration are allowed by notifying CADP in writing at any time. 

No Shows: Refunds or partial refunds will only be issued to registrants who cancel their registrations in writing on or before February 7.  No-shows forfeit their entire registration fee.
