The Symphony Provider Directory

Wednesday, July 16
10:00 AM - 11:00 AM (PT)

Eliminating ghost networks is an ongoing challenge across the entire healthcare industry, and California’s dental plans are being increasingly regulated to improve accuracy, completeness, and timeliness for patients. This session will highlight the Symphony Provider Directory, a centralized platform that simplifies how California plans and providers exchange and improve provider directory data.

Developed by Integrated Healthcare Association (IHA), Symphony unites plans and providers around a single solution to reduce administrative burden and facilitate compliance with all current and future regulations. It also serves as the single source for Qualified Health Plans to share data with Covered California. Our speakers will dive into how Symphony works, what we’ve done to drive provider data accuracy and standardization across the industry, and how this can benefit dental plans.
