Caroline Pearson
Caroline Pearson is Vice President, Health Reform at Avalere. Her clients have included large and small pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies, national and local health insurers, hospital systems, third-party administrators, and a range of foundations and not-for-profits. Her particular areas of expertise include insurance exchanges, insurance market regulation, premium subsidies, and individual mandates.
With a background in both state and federal policy, Caroline is uniquely positioned to understand the complexity of implementing the Affordable Care Act (ACA) at the state level. She graduated Magna Cum Laude from Harvard University with a B.A. in Government.
