NADP processes exhibitor applications as they are submitted. Payment for both booth and registration fee(s) for additional exhibitors is required to confirm booth space. Confirmation of booth space is a factor in assigning rank order for booth selection.
Please note: Accessories, additional furniture, carpet, electricity, internet access, etc.,
must be handled directly with NADP's Exhibit General Contractor/Decorator or CONVERGE Hotel as provided in the Service Manual/Exhibit Kit. Computer equipment may be obtained from NADP's designated A/V vendor.
Service Manual/Exhibitor Kits will be mailed to exhibitors 45-60 days prior to show opening.
