CONVERGE Health & Safety Plan

The safety of our members, staff and event participants remains our priority, so please review our Health & Safety Plan.  

We will alert you with any updates to the Health & Safety plan, which is based on guidance and requirements of the hotel property, the city and state of the conference, and the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).

BEFORE YOU ARRIVE

  • You acknowledged NADP’s COVID-19 disclaimer during the registration process.  
  • Complete a self-assessment. If you feel sick, please stay home. You can refer to the CDC’s COVID-19 Self-Checker reference guide for any questions on symptoms by clicking here. 
  • Please consider getting the COVID-19 vaccine.
    • If vaccination is not possible, it is encouraged to get a PCR COVID-19 test within 72 hours (about 3 days) prior of arrival. NADP will not ask you to show proof of either of these.
    • Rest easy knowing that before the doors open, we will conduct inspections to ensure the venue is safe, clean, and ready for business.


WHEN YOU ARRIVE

  • Plan accordingly and allot extra time when arriving at the conference and making appointments with exhibitors or colleagues.

    • If you feel sick, stay away from the event spaces and other participants. Contact your doctor, or if you want to seek medical care please contact the hotel concierge for information.
  • Familiarize yourself with designated entrances and exits at the hotel.
  • NADP will follow the host hotel policies, state, local, or federal mandates.


DURING THE CONFERENCE

    • If you feel sick, stay away from the event spaces and other participants. Contact your doctor, or if you want to seek medical care, contact the hotel concierge for information.
  • Social distancing and one-way entrances/exits are designed for your safety.
  • Staff will regularly clean all equipment.
  • Hand sanitizer stations will be set up throughout the hotel. You are welcome to bring your own sanitizers and wipes.
  • Education rooms are set up with additional space between seats. Safe-distance reminders on floor graphics and stanchions.
  • Increased staff and security to provide the best customer service and information accessibility.
  • Access to enhanced cleaning and disinfection services throughout the hotel.
  • Trash will be removed within the conference area with greater frequency.
  • Daily disinfecting will take place to sanitize seating, restrooms and frequently touched public areas.


The health and safety of our members, staff, and event participants is a priority at CONVERGE.

In addition to the Code of Conduct, all event participants are expected to adhere to and abide by these safety and health protocols NADP has implemented to protect against the spread of COVID-19. These measures help to protect you and everyone around you, including other event participants, venue staff and other guests.
