10:00 AM - 11:00 AM (PT)

Traditional methods of member engagement, such as in-person outreach and direct mailers, are effective at reaching a few members at a time with limited results. Now with modern technologies deployable through smartphones, millions of members can be reached at scale to engage and deliver care at a fraction of the cost of traditional methods. Insurance carriers can deploy these strategies easily to help educate patients about their benefits and seamlessly guide them from digital encounters to in-person care.
