Cancellation/Refund Policy: Cancellations will be accepted in writing on or before June 28, 2013 with a refund of all fees paid less a $100 processing charge. From June 29-July 31, 2013, a refund of 50% of all fees paid. Starting August 1, 2013 there will be no refunds.
Substitutions Policy: Substitutions for registration are allowed by notifying NADP in writing at any time.
No Shows: Refunds will not be issued to registrants who fail to cancel their registrations in writing on or before July 31, 2013 or registrants who do not attend CONVERGE.
